She advises and trains personnel in the services area and develops high quality creative proposals as a resource for profitable businesses. |

Graduate in Business Administration, Mauricio has a range of experience in luxury hotels.
He had occupied different important positions in five star hotels, and during 2007 like Patios
de Cafayate`s Manager (The Luxury Collection).
In the last 7 years, he opened 5 hotels in Argentina from the pre-opening to the start-up,
and in the same hotels, he developed very luxurious standards like Quality Representative, strongly
focused on high-quality service standards.

Luciana, from Argentina, is an “old friend”
as she has been working with us since the company got started.

Spa in charge of the American and the European continents.

Reservations
As a Hotel Management student she started to gain experience as an intern at
the city´s five stars hotels and as a member of the AHT Tourism Hotels Association,
the Pine-Hue Lodge Hotel in Bariloche and the Melia Hotel in Buenos Aires. In the latter she
held different positions in the Reception and Reservation areas. Florencia joined the N/A Town & Country Hotels towards
the end of 2007 as part of the chain´s Reservations department.
